02 Products, licences and technical requirements
We sell digital software licences in the edition, number of devices and licence term specified for the selected offer. Installation files come from the manufacturer. A digital licence does not include a physical package. Manufacturer licence terms and the listed system requirements apply.
03 Licence scope and product selection
The licence covers only the edition, devices or users, period and licensing model expressly stated in the offer. Server software, client access licences and Remote Desktop Services licences are separate items unless the offer expressly includes them. Educational and government variants require the corresponding eligibility. A perpetual licence does not automatically include future major releases. Expiry and renewal conditions for subscriptions follow the stated offer; the shop does not create an automatic renewal or recurring charge without an express agreement.
04 Ordering and contract confirmation
Check the selected product, billing country, currency and billing details before confirming the order. The button confirms an order with an obligation to pay. We send an order confirmation by email and make the order available in your NetCloud24 customer area.
05 Order errors and availability
Before confirmation, you can correct the cart and billing details. If you notice an error afterwards, contact [email protected] promptly. We will explain the available correction options and any effect on delivery or invoicing. If we cannot supply the ordered licence, we will contact you and refund the payment. An offer requiring an individual quotation is not available for immediate purchase.
06 Prices and payment
Prices in EUR include VAT. Payment methods: Card, PayPal, Bank transfer.
07 Delivery of digital content
We provide the licence key and activation instructions in your customer area after payment confirmation, within two business days. We notify you by email. If you do not request delivery during the withdrawal period, delivery starts after that period ends. If the licence cannot be supplied, we contact you and refund the payment.
08 Right of withdrawal
Consumers and other buyers entitled to consumer withdrawal protection may withdraw within 14 days after the contract is concluded, by sending a clear statement to [email protected] or to our postal address. Include your name and order number; no special form is required. We refund payments within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. For digital content, loss of the withdrawal right requires your express request for early delivery, your acknowledgement of that loss, full supply of the content and confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. Statutory rights for non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

Withdraw from contract →10 Complaints and statutory rights
For activation problems or a complaint, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send your password. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Consumers retain statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content, including remedies and refunds where applicable. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protection in your country.
11 Conformity, updates and remedies
Digital content must conform to the contract and applicable statutory requirements. Necessary updates, including security updates, are provided for the period required by applicable law. A manufacturer licence or commercial warranty does not exclude these rights. If content is not supplied or does not conform, the buyer may have a right to supply, correction, price reduction or termination under the applicable conditions. Contact NetCloud24 as the seller; you are not required to pursue a manufacturer warranty instead of your statutory rights.
12 Information for customers — Ireland
The seller is NWMA spółka z o.o., established in Poland. These terms apply to orders with billing country Ireland. A choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions applicable in their country of habitual residence. This also applies to statutory rights concerning digital content and access to the courts provided by applicable law.
13 Consumer information and assistance
First contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. For a cross-border consumer dispute, the European Consumer Centre in your country can provide information and assistance. Assistance does not replace a court decision or imply that NetCloud24 participates in every dispute resolution procedure.
