02 Why we process your data
We process account, contact, billing and order data to perform the contract, fulfil accounting obligations, handle support and protect the service. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and dispute handling. We do not require marketing consent to make a purchase.
03 Service providers and retention
Data is accessible to authorised staff and service providers needed for hosting, accounting and payment processing. We share the information needed for payment with the payment provider you select. Card details are collected by the payment provider. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period; other data is retained for the account or support relationship and applicable claim periods.
04 Your rights and supervisory authorities
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or to object where applicable. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority. Data needed for the contract is required to process an order.
