Install and activate
When your licence is ready, open your order in the NetCloud24 customer zone. Follow the activation instructions and use the supplied key.

Where will I receive my digital licence?
After payment confirmation, we begin processing your order. When your licence is ready, the key and activation instructions appear in your NetCloud24 customer zone. We notify you by email when processing begins and when the licence is available.
Which payment methods and currencies are available?
Prices are displayed in EUR by default. You can switch to PLN before placing your order. Customers with a billing address in Poland can pay with PayU or by bank transfer. Customers in the other supported countries can pay by card or bank transfer. The payment summary shows the selected currency and total amount before you confirm your order.
Where can I find my VAT invoice?
Your VAT invoice is available in the Invoices section of your NetCloud24 customer zone. Open the document or download the PDF. The seller is NWMA spółka z o.o., ul. Mickiewicza 13, 32-545 Karniowice, Poland, VAT ID PL6282281064. Enter your correct billing details and VAT number before confirming your order.
How can I check the progress of my order?
Sign in to your NetCloud24 customer zone and open Orders to check your order status. When your licence is ready, the key and activation instructions appear in the order details. You also receive email notifications when processing begins and when your licence is available.
