vTiger CRM est un système de gestion de la relation client open source, idéal pour les petites et moyennes entreprises. Dans ce guide, nous allons vous montrer comment l'installer sur un serveur vps exécutant Ubuntu 24.04.
Prérequis
- Un serveur avec Ubuntu 24.04 installé.
- Un accès root ou un utilisateur avec des privilèges sudo.
- Un serveur LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) configuré.
Étape 1 : Mettez à jour le serveur
Avant de commencer l'installation, assurez-vous que votre serveur est à jour. Exécutez les commandes suivantes :
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
Étape 2 : Installez les dépendances nécessaires
Installez les paquets requis pour vTiger CRM :
sudo apt install apache2 mysql-server php php-mysql libapache2-mod-php php-curl php-json php-mbstring php-xml
Étape 3 : Téléchargez vTiger CRM
Téléchargez la dernière version de vTiger CRM depuis le site officiel :
wget https://github.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/archive/refs/tags/7.1.0.tar.gz
Étape 4 : Extrayez le fichier et configurez le répertoire
Extrayez le fichier téléchargé et déplacez le contenu dans le répertoire `/var/www/html` :
tar -xvf 7.1.0.tar.gz
sudo mv vtigercrm-7.1.0 /var/www/html/vtigercrm
Étape 5 : Configurez les permissions
Assurez-vous que les permissions sont correctement configurées :
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/vtigercrm
sudo chmod -R 755 /var/www/html/vtigercrm
Étape 6 : Configurez le Virtual Host Apache
Créez un fichier de configuration pour Apache :
sudo nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/vtigercrm.conf
Ajoutez le contenu suivant :
ServerAdmin [email protected]
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/vtigercrm
ServerName vtiger.exemple.com
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
AllowOverride All
Require all granted
ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/vtigercrm_error.log
CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/vtigercrm_access.log combined
Étape 7 : Activez le site et redémarrez Apache
sudo a2ensite vtigercrm.conf
sudo systemctl restart apache2
Étape 8 : Configurez la base de données
Connectez-vous à MySQL et créez une base de données pour vTiger :
sudo mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE vtiger;
CREATE USER 'vtigeruser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'your_password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON vtiger.* TO 'vtigeruser'@'localhost';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
EXIT;
Étape 9 : Finalisez l'installation via le navigateur
Accédez à http://vtiger.exemple.com dans votre navigateur, puis suivez les instructions à l'écran pour terminer l'installation.
