My recommendation is to open the translator, load the English version of the text (en-US, the original)
And simply Save As it for the language you're translating to.

Important:
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. The language file must have the extension (*.lng)

2. Place the language file in the "languages" folder which should be located at the same path as Core Temp.

3. After any updates to the language file, Core Temp must be restarted in order to reflect the changes as the whole file is loaded into memory at startup.

4. You can change between languages on the fly from Options --> Settings. Clicking 'Apply' will set a new language if it was selected.

5. English is built into Core Temp and will be used as fallback if in newer versions of the program a control/string were added and the language file wasn't updated yet.

6. When working on the menus, the '&' tells Windows which character will be used to activate the menu when used in combination with the Alt key.
ie. for &File pressing Alt + F will activate the menu.

7. In the About dialog, there's an empty field called IDC_TranslationCredits, you're welcome to enter a credit for yourself for translating, something like:
"English translation by Arthur Liberman".
You can press Ctrl+F and enter the number 1008, the first entry should be it.

8. The "culture" field in the language file must be provided. Something like en-US, ru, he-IL.
Here's the url to the standard culture codes:
